CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Studio by RG we understand that life happens and adjustments are necessary. In order to best service our guests, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before the 48 hour window of your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.

All cancellations or adjustments MUST be made during normal business days (M-F).


DEPOSITS

A non-refundable deposit of $50 for any chemical services and $150 for any extension services is required at the time of booking. Your deposit will be deducted from the final bill upon completion of your appointment.

All deposits for services are non refundable.

Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointments dates and/or times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and all salon policies. Please review all policies during the scheduling process.


CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

A credit card is required on file to schedule an appointment. At Studio by RG we reserve the right to charge the card on file for any missed, cancelled or late appointments.

LATE POLICY

We understand that life can happen. We offer a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. Any late arrival after 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment + a cancellation fee.

All efforts will be made to accommodate any late appointments. If only some services can be provided due to being late, you are still responsible for the entire service that was scheduled.

COVID 19/SICK POLICY

If you are feeling under the weather or have been in contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case. We ask that you reschedule and/or cancel within policy guidelines. Failure to reschedule and/or cancel your appointment within the cancellation policy guidelines will result in 100% of the cost for your services scheduled.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct your concerns at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds at this time.
