PARTIAL CUSTOM COLOR

Partial Custom Color is designed for a guest who is looking for a pick me up in their hair color. This service includes timing for finishing styles/haircuts.

CUSTOM COLOR

This service is designed for a guest who is looking for all over color transformation/maintenance. This service includes timing for haircut/style.

ADVANCED CUSTOM COLOR

This service is designed for guest who is looking for a large transformation, guests who haven’t had their hair done for a while, or guests who need a color correction. This service includes timing for haircut/styling.

MINI CUSTOM COLOR

Mini Custom Color is designed for the guest who is looking for a face frame highlight/gloss/toner/mini color enhancements. This timing includes time for haircuts/finishing options.

TOUCH UP

This service is designed for clients who typically get a single process and are looking for an overall color service. This service does not include timing for any lightening.

JUST A HAIRCUT

Includes consultation, shampoo and conditioning, scalp massage, product tips and tricks to maintain your look.

HAIR EXTENSIONS

Extension services are for guests who are looking for volume, length, or both attributes.

EXTENSION BLOW DRY

This service is designed for guests who already have extensions or want to have their clip in extensions styled.

OUR POLICIES

LATE POLICY

We understand that life can happen. We offer a 10 minute grace period from the start of your appointment. Any late arrival after 10 minutes may result in the cancellation of your appointment + a cancellation fee.

All efforts will be made to accommodate any late appointments. If only some services can be provided due to being late, you are still responsible for the entire service that was scheduled.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Studio by RG we understand that life happens and adjustments are necessary. In order to best service our guests, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so before the 48 hour window of your appointment. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled FOR ANY REASON within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the service total.

All cancellations or adjustments MUST be made during normal business days (M-F).

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction. In the unlikely event you are having challenges with your cut, color or extensions please let us know within 7 days of your visit and we will be happy to correct your concerns at no additional charge. We do not offer refunds at this time.
